Otome - Amnesia: Memories [Shin]
I Finished Shin’s Route from Amnesia: Memories by IDEA FACTORY CO., LTD. Amnesia is an Otome game that also has an anime called also Amnesia based off it. I played this game on the psvita, there is also a game named Amnesia: World which is currently only in Japanese. Amnesia: Memories was able to be translated to English but sadly we are all still waiting for Amnesia: World’s translation.
During Shin’s Route, Shin is your boyfriend in the Heart World. You wake up in a hospital and Shin comes in waking you up with a kiss amazing I know (I was fangirling so much!!). During the Story Shin was able to figure out that you had Amnesia and tried to help you by bringing you to places you and him have gone to.
Shin was brought into police questioning because when you wake up at the beginning of the story at the hospital, the police assumed that since he was the only witness that was at the cliff where you got pushed off that he was the one that purposely pushed you off the cliff.
Shin was able to get out of police questioning but everyone you know and you go to the mountain/cliff that you got pushed off from. Everyone went there so they could all find enough evidence to say that Shin was innocent.
At the end of the story they did find out who it was but I won’t say who because you gotta play the game yourself!! Let’s just say he handed himself to the police but sadly he was someone dear to you.
Amnesia: Memories is a good game it brings you through many different stories. They are all very emotional and you are able to learn things from the game. It teaches you about who to trust and how the people that care can be the worst people. I chose Shin for my first choice because well the Heart World was first on the list but also because he seemed very mysterious. I wanted to know what happened. I wanted to know if I was dating someone that was trying to murder me the whole time!
