When five students at Yamaboshi Academy realize that there are no clubs where they fit in, they band together to form the Student Cultural Society, or "StuCS" for short. The club consists of: Taichi Yaegashi, a hardcore wrestling fan; Iori Nagase, an indecisive optimist; Himeko Inaba, a calm computer genius; Yui Kiriyama, a petite karate practitioner; and Yoshifumi Aoki, the class clown.

One day, Aoki and Yui experience a strange incident when, without warning, they switch bodies for a short period of time. As this supernatural phenomenon continues to occur randomly amongst the five friends, they begin to realize that it is not just fun and games. Now forced to become closer than ever, they soon discover each other's hidden secrets and emotional scars, which could end up tearing the StuCS and their friendship apart.

Name: Himeko Inaba (稲葉 姫子)
Gender: Female
Occupation: Student, Cultural Club Vice President
School: Yamabochi High School

Himeko is vice president of the Cultural Research Club. She excels in gathering information and analysis, possessing private data on each of the club members. She's calm and logical, but she's actually a bit clumsy, so her difficulty with roundabout phrasings causes her to surprise many of those around her with her blunt statements.

Name: Lori Nagase (永瀬 伊織)
Gender: Female
Occupation: Student, Cultural Club President
School: Yamabochi High School

Iori is Taichi's classmate, a bright, friendly, popular girl. She's the president of the Cultural Research Club, but rather than lead everyone, she sets the mood and gets them excited. Occasionally she takes bold actions in front of others, be it due to carelessness or simple naivety.

Name: Taichi Yaegashi (八重樫 太一)
Gender: Male
Occupation: Student, In the Cultural Club
School: Yamabochi High School

Though Taichi doesn't speak much, he's very sympathetic towards others and wants to help his friends when they're having trouble. He suddenly becomes passionate when he starts talking about his hobby, pro-wrestling, and Inaba stops him when he tries to add wrestling topics to their Cultural Research Club's newspaper. He has a little sister in elementary school, Rina.

Name: Yui Kiriyama (桐山 唯)
Gender: Female
Occupation: Student, In the Cultural Club
School: Yamabochi High School

Yui is very active and expressive. She's a bit small, but she holds ranks in Karate, and even won tournaments when she was in middle school. She absolutely loves cute things, and her room at home is filled with fancy items. She always ends up insulting Aoki when he tries to approach her.

 Name: Yoshifumi Aoki (青木 義文)
Gender: Male
Occupation: Student, In the Cultural Club
School: Yamabochi High SChool

Yoshifumi is Yui's classmate. He holds affection for her, and continues his attempts to approach her, but she never gives him a chance. In the Cultural Research Club he's often called out, and his pathetic side stands out more, but he also relaxes them with some of his casual statements.

Kokoro Connect is a great anime but I got so confused at the start and the love triangle is confusing too, but I've been able to understand it while I continued watching. They are all amazing friends but love and drama comes in and messes things up but in the end it all works out and I'm glad.

Rating - 4.5/5 Recommend
